Nimbl, the NBCUniversal employee app, was successfully released in 2020 for use by 40k+ NBCUniversal employees. It was well received with an immediate 60% usage by the first month after launch.
Using the Modo platform technology, I customized the Nimbl app with NBCUniversal Branding throughout the end-to-end user experience. Staff are able to access their Employee Profile, Performance Management System, Learning Management System, IT Appointments Center, Condeco Book Rooms platform, Location Maps & Amenities, and Campus Lunch Menus. The app is a one-stop-shop integration of multiple employee systems improving the overall NBCU employee experience.
A Nimbl style guide was created so all NBCUniversal networks ( E.g. Golf and Telemundo) can customize their employee UX by incorporating their own Brand, E.g. Golf and Telemundo.
