NBCUniversal.com was successfully redesigned and launched in 2020 with a fresh and immersive new Brand direction. My vision was to raise the bar and create a compelling site that competes with major media giants.
Working in collaboration with our Design team, Marketing and cross-functional teams, we delivered on that goal. NBCUniversal.com achieved a 1720% increase in site views post-launch.
With this rebrand, a unifying brand design vocabulary was established across several other NBCUniversal digital platforms, enhancing the user experience and improving overall brand recognition.

Project Objectives 

• Site was outdated, stale, flat; lacks video, movement, interactions
• Lack of NBCU corporate branding
• Not enough areas to showcase top priority content above the fold
• Site did not represent an top international entertainment company
• Photos and content lacks sense of NBCU culture
• Ineffective Search, lack of SEO priorities
• Users cannot find relevant info they are looking for; E.g. Historical topic, News item
• History on homepage lacks visual appeal even though it’s a highly visited section
