The Travel.NBCUni.com website needed a complete overhaul due to low traffic and activity. Overall the content was unorganized with no real hierarchy, the navigation was confusing, and it lacked a global navigation system and Branding.
Working in collaboration with Design and cross-functional teams, we successfully delivered on our goals and launched the site in 2020. With a fresh, engaging and interactive design approach, the website's traffic achieved an increase of 45% site views and 272% unique views post-launch.
This website rebrand was an integral step towards unifying the NBCUniversal brand vocabulary across their enterprise ecosystem of products while enhancing the User Experience and improving overall brand recognition.
