The Travel.NBCUni.com website needed a complete overhaul. The site was not useful and it had low numbers of traffic. Overall the site was unorganized with no real hierarchy of content, the navigation was confusing, and it lacked a global navigation system and Branding.
Working in collaboration with Design and cross-functional teams, we successfully delivered on our goals and launched the site in 2020. With a fresh, engaging and interactive design approach, the website's traffic achieved an increase of 45% site views and 272% unique views post-launch.
This website rebrand was an integral step towards unifying the NBCUniversal brand vocabulary across their enterprise ecosystem of products while enhancing the User Experience and improving overall brand recognition.
